Dow down 750 points on losses for shares of Chevron, Boeing

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is slumping Friday afternoon with shares of Chevron and Boeing seeing the biggest declines for the index. Shares of Chevron

and Boeing

are contributing to the index’s intraday decline, as the Dow

was most recently trading 753 points, or 2.5%, lower. Chevron’s shares have fallen $10.48, or 6.8%, while those of Boeing have fallen $8.63 (6.2%), combining for an approximately 126-point drag on the Dow. Caterpillar
Goldman Sachs
and Walmart

are also contributing significantly to the decline. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the index results in a 6.59-point swing.
